Our range of spirits includes truffle-infused gin, vodka, and brandy. A new way to experience the flavor of truffles in a totally innovative and different way, enhancing the flavor of black truffles with alcohol and introducing us to a new nuance and flavor.
The spirits are represented by the ancient writings of the Masía del Río Pilas and by the spire of our church, the Excolegiata de la Natividad in Mora de Rubielos.

Gin with Black Truffle Tuber melanosporum vitt is a spirit developed using an innovative process that allows for the perfect combination of black truffle and gin. It can be enjoyed neat with ice or mixed with a soft drink, while still maintaining the characteristic flavor
of the truffle.
We can make a cocktail by mixing our Truffle Gin with tonic water, frosting the rim of the glass with our black truffle salt flakes.
